During the 2025 National finals we were treated to some interesting views and comments from our International Performance Coach, Mal Evans. Having worked with Mal on a number of occasions, it is no secret that I share his views on the importance and value of coaching partnerships with players, which so sadly lacks in our sport because of the lack of a coaching culture. Bowls is very fortunate to have Mal heading up the coaching element of our development strategy.
